Each Joint Thames Strategy brings together Local Authorities, agencies and communities along characteristic stretches of the Thames. By working in a joined up way, we can ensure that the TE2100 flood risk needs can be met on the ground, whilst achieving wider benefits for people, nature and economy. By working together across the Thames from Surrey to the sea through the JTS approach, we will create a more resilient Thames rather than working in isolation from one another.
