TLS join Hust Park Residents Association AGM

The Thames Landscape Strategy attended the recent AGM of the Hurst Park Residents Association to feedback on the progress of the Hurst Park and Barge Walk Management Plan. The TLS undertook extensive consultation in the area last year in order to gather information on how a long-term management plan could be devised for this wonderful open space, that each of the three landowners could sign up to.
The TLS is currently compiling information in order to clarify who owns pockets of land along the waterside, following that a working group will be formed in order to move the project forward. It is expected that a plan will be finalised in the next year which will form solid base for accessing pots of money as they become available.
