Kingston River Celebration

Hundreds of local, national and even international schools and clubs compete at Kingston Regatta; racing every four minutes in 300 races all day Saturday and Sunday. Rowing downstream towards Kingston Bridge. Spectators – public enclosure on Barge Walk and viewing on the riverbank and Riverside Walk.

The Regatta coinsides with the River Celebration on the opposite bank with activities from Kingston Bridge to Eagle Brewery Wharf.

Live commentary relaying the regatta to Kingston Charter Quay and Eagle Wharf
Plus- Historic Boats, Children’s Entertainment, Facepainting, Live Music, and more……
There will also be a live band on during the Saturday evening at Eagle Brewery Wharf.

As well as the entertainment along the riverside there will be a dragon boat display in the Market Place and the conclusion to the International Youth Arts Festival.
