Meet at Bridge House Gardens, Richmond.
Surveys start 10 minutes after sunset and last for 2 or 3 hrs. They are suitable for all volunteers, even those with no previous experience but places are limited and so must be booked.
Old clothes and sturdy boots/shoes are recommended. All other information and equipment will be provided.
Volunteers will help us count the number of bats and identify the species present along this strip of the waterway. The data collected will help inform the Warren Footpath Bats and Lighting project.
These are not guided walks, volunteers will be helping with the scientific survey.
